HEALTHY TIPS FOR SKIN

1. Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.
For the most complete sun protection:
  • Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. When you're outdoors, reapply sunscreen every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
  • Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
  • Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays.

Two Methods:WindowsMac OS X
Formatting a computer involves erasing all of the data on the computer's hard drive, and then reinstalling the operating system so that the computer is restored to factory defaults. This can be useful if your computer is malfunctioning, or you are planning on selling or donating it. Follow this guide to format your Windows 7 or Mac OS X computer.

1.Backup your data. When you format a computer, you will lose all of your files and data. The programs can’t be backed up; they will need to be reinstalled. Any files—including documents, music, pictures, and videos—that you want to save need to be copied to a backup location.
  • You can use DVDs, CDs, external hard drives, flash drives, or the cloud, depending on how much data you have to backup.                                                                                                                                            2. Set your BIOS to boot from CD. To do this, restart the computer and enter the setup screen when the manufacturer logo appears. The key to do this will be displayed, and varies by manufacturer. The most common keys are F2, F10, F12, and Del.
  • Once in the BIOS menu, select the Boot menu. Change the order of devices so that your computer boots from CD before booting from the hard drive. Save your changes and exit. Your computer will restart.
  • If you are installing from a flash drive, then you will need to set the BIOS to boot from removable storage

A work from home or work at home arrangement involves working from home and differs from the  teleworking/telecommuting arrangement in that it does not require that the employee stay  electronically connected to the work location during business hours.  Work performed is generally done independently so does not require team interaction or consistent communication.  It also is more likely that the employee can live far from the actual location of the business for which he or she is working because face to face contact at the location may not be necessary.
